Where are you located?
We are located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes we do ship internationally. After placing your order you will be able to select your country.

How much do I pay for delivery outside the Netherlands?
You can choose various delivery services. The delivery service of your choice depends on the destination and the size of your order.The fare is calculated automatically after entering your order and address
We have special fares for Suriname and the Netherlands Antilles (average is €5 per kilo). Contact us for more information.

Doy I pay customs duties when my order arrives?
If you live outside the European Union, please check with your national tax administration.
There usually are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods within the European Union. Please check the website of the European Commision for more info.

What are your bankdetails?

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
If your order is received by us, you automatically get an email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation then you probably forgot to click on the button "submit order". The button "submit order" must always be selected. Do not forget to do this. Very occasionally it happens that a customer fills out the wrong email address. Then the confirmation does not arrive. Did you follow all the steps but received no confirmation? Then please check if the email ended up in your spam folder.

When will I receive my order?
If all the products in stock are at your order after receipt of your payment will be sent. How long that takes depends on the destination. Within the Netherlands it takes approximately three working days. Shipping to Belgium, France or the UK takes an average of 6 business
days (weekends excluded). During holidays shipping may take longer. Have you not received your order after two weeks? Please contact us or your local post office.
Please note! If you fill out the order form incomplete (e.g. no housenumber or zip code), this slows down the transmission.
