Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about an item that you have bought in our webshop? Then you can take a picture of this and send it to info@shesells.nl stating the order number. The order number can be found in your confirmation e-mail and starts with the letters She.
We will try to assess your complaint on the basis of the photo (s). If we cannot agree, we will ask you to return the item to us. After assessing the complaint, we will respond to you with a solution within five working days.
